TAMPA -- USF Women's Basketball improved to 6-0 after taking care of UNF 66-44 on Saturday afternoon at the Sundome.

The game was scoreless through nearly four minutes of play, until Akila McDonald's layup got the Bulls on the board. USF was just one for its first 15 from the floor.

After the Ospreys tied it at two, Inga Orekhova sank her first three-pointer of the afternoon to open a 9-0 USF run.

USF shot just 22% in the first half, but forced 15 turnovers on its way to a 22-18 lead heading into the locker room.

The second half opened with another USF run, again launched by an Orekhova three. Caitlin Rowe added a pair of jumpers as the Bulls posted seven unanswered to go up 29-18.

UNF would not get any closer than an eight-point deficit the rest of the way.

The Bulls committed just 10 turnovers while forcing 30. Andrell Smith and Courtney Williams led the offense, each finishing with 13 points.

The Bulls are 6-0 for the first time since 2006-2007. USF will be home again on Wednesday, hosting FGCU at 7 p.m.
