After a heartbreaking extra-innings loss on Friday, USF bounced back for 11 runs on 14 hits and evened up the series with an 11-6 victory on Saturday night. Every player in the Bulls lineup had at least one hit, and six different Bulls drove in a run before a crowd of 1,305 at the USF Baseball Stadium.

Bulls Slide Past Rattlers in Midweek Clash

TAMPA, FL - USF loaded the bases with one out in the bottom of the ninth, and Kyle Teaf beat out a potential double play as the Bulls squeezed past Florida A&M 6-5 on Wednesday night at the USF Baseball Stadium.

USF pitching held Rutgers scoreless throughout the duration of the three game set as the Bulls swept the Scarlet Knights to open Big East play. USF (29-5, 3-0) is off to its best start in program history after finishing off Rutgers with a 1-0 victory on Sunday afternoon at the USF Softball Stadium.

Bulls Falter Against No. 19 UCF

Jackson the Hero as Bulls Walk Off Again

TAMPA, FL -

USF defeated No. 21 FSU on a two-out, walk-off homer from Stephanie Medina on Sunday.

Monday night, it was Kenshyra Jackson's turn to shine.

Sunday afternoon saw a match-up of two of the best pitching staffs in the nation.

USF entered the day with a 0.98 team ERA, bested slightly by FSU's which stood at 0.92.

It was not the prettiest win for USF Women's hoops.

"We definitely didn't play well offensively or defensively," head coach Jose Fernandez said. "We lost our focus."

Coming off a 76-20 domination of FAU on Thursday, USF was slow coming out of the gate on Saturday night at the Campus Recreation Center.

Andrew Barbosa and Steven Leasure combined on a five-hit shutout as USF breezed past Lafayette College on Friday night. The Bulls made quick work of the Leopards, as the game lasted just two hours.

Derrick Stultz and the Bulls held Eastern Illinois to just one hit in the series opener on Friday night. In game two, the Panthers returned the favor as Christian Slazinik shut down the Bulls with eight shutout innings, allowing just a single to Alex Mendez along with three walks and a hit batsman.

On Sunday afternoon, Joey Lovecchio held the Panthers hitless through the first seven as USF (10-6) took the rubber game of the three game set with a 5-1 victory.

Panthers Shut Down Bulls on One Hit

TAMPA, FL -

On Friday, Derrick Stultz and the Bulls held Eastern Illinois to just one hit in a 4-0 shutout.

Saturday night, those roles were reversed.

Christian Slazinik dominated Bulls hitters through eight shutout innings as Eastern Illinois (5-7) evened up the series with a 3-0 victory.
