The Gasparilla Film Festival is celebrating its second year with selections from North and South America, but the real focus is Tampa’s local talent and growing film industry. The festival will have screenings at Channelside Cinemas and special events at Gaspar’s Grotto in Ybor and the Florida Aquarium through Sunday, March 2nd.
